If you fail a Scrimmage AI session, it's recommended to practice the relevant scenario a few more times and then retry the Scrimmage AI.
02 How will the AI Customer simulations help me improve my skills?
The AI Customer provides a safe and realistic environment to practice your communication and negotiation skills. You'll receive instant feedback and can refine your approach through repetition, building confidence for real-world interactions.
03 Will my peers have access to all my practice recordings?
No, Practis prioritizes your privacy and learning. Your practice recordings are kept confidential and won't be shared with your peers. However, your Accuracy Test and Scrimmage AI sessions may be reviewed by your manager(s) for performance evaluation purposes.
04 What are the requirements to use Practis?
There are no special requirements other than needing an iOS or Android device to install the Practis app.
05 I'm really busy and don't have much time for training. How can I fit Practis into my workday?
